Girls Varsity Indoor Track
Indoor track workouts start tomorrow at 4:30 at the stadium. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for check in and arrange to be picked up promptly at 5:30pm. You must be registered for Indoor Track with the athletic department as well as have an updated physical on file in order to participate. Please complete the Google form below to expedite the check in process BEFORE you arrive at the track. You also must have 32 oz of water and a mask in order to participate.
Since the VHSL has chosen to change the order of the seasons, we will now be heading into Indoor Track first in December. This is going to create a shift in training for all of us. With that information, we will not be doing anymore team runs/workouts until we get closer to the beginning of Indoor Track. Please check back at a closer date for Indoor workouts or updates to team workouts. Until then, keep running!!
